Chain and sprockets, one order, one spec
A drive is a matched pair. Order the chain cut to your pitch count and the sprockets to run with it, and both arrive to one specification, held on file so reorders are a phone call.

Sprockets are supplied to order, gear-cut and machined to our specification, which means the right tooth count, bore and material for your machine, not the nearest thing in a box.
What we supply
Every sprocket is specified by us and gear-cut or machined to that specification, reverse-engineering from worn samples included.

Straight answers
Can you make a sprocket from a worn sample?
Yes. Send the worn sprocket, or the chain and shaft details, and we will reverse-engineer it (tooth count, pitch, bore and keyway) and supply a new one machined to specification.
Do you supply stainless steel sprockets?
Yes. Stainless steel sprockets are a speciality, across BS, ANSI and conveyor chain pitches, for washdown, food and corrosive environments.
Can I order the chain and sprockets together?
Yes, and it is how we would recommend buying. Chain cut to your pitch count, sprockets to match, one order, one point of contact. A matched drive rather than parts from three suppliers.
