NSL self-lube
NSF H1 food-approved oil-impregnated bush, so it runs without added lubrication. FG to 145°C, FGH to 220°C.
When commodity chain won't last, the engineered MAXTOP ranges will: sawmill, side-bow, self-lube, high-strength stainless steel and more — Merley Chains is the sole UK distributor.

Most UK suppliers stock the commodity range and stop there. The specialist chain, engineered for heat, corrosion, curves, quiet running or brutal duty, is where machines fail — and it is where we put our focus. As sole UK distributor for MAXTOP, we bring those engineered ranges to British industry, from stock and with the technical support to match them to the job.
Engineered specialist chain families, matched with the right sprockets and, where needed, adapted in-house.

NSF H1 food-approved oil-impregnated bush, so it runs without added lubrication. FG to 145°C, FGH to 220°C.

Flanged inner plates and double outer plates resist breakage under high loading — standard inner width, so it runs on standard sprockets.

Flexes sideways to follow curved and inclined paths. Curve radii from 254 mm; extended-pin versions carry plastic flights.

Through-hardened pins for demanding drives. 60HV to 200HV, tensile up to ~51,000 kgf.

Hollow pins for fitting attachments, slats and extended pins, the basis of many conveyor builds.
Engineered to run quieter, to ~200 m/min, where noise is a working consideration.

Articulates in two planes for timber and heavy conveying. Tensile to ~18,400 kgf. More ›

Tooth-profiled plates grip timber and board. 80, 100 and 32B series, simplex to quad strand.

Welded, heat-treated mill chain for scraper and drag conveyors. Ultimate strength to ~92,700 kgf.

X348–X678 rivetless chain assembles by hand, with trolleys, pushers and dog chain to suit.

Engineered-plastic, poly-steel and non-marking chains for wet, clean or delicate-product lines.
